Job Description for Relationship Manager

Candidates who can join on immediate basis will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with All Concern Police officer for smooth day to day working of CVIRMS project.
  • Arrange meeting / group discussion for Customers (Hotels / Lodges, tenancy, Vehicle dealer, etc.) at CP/SP Office /Police Station.
  • Updates and share detailed information about the project to Users (Police Department).
  • Share weekly / monthly enrollment status to Police Department.
  • Keep update on field developments, issues or any happening to management or reporting manager.
  • Do not share any confidential information to any un-authorized person.
  • Do not take any undue advantage of any person from Police Department.
  • On time customer support.
  • Follow all instructions given by senior officials on time to time basis.

Qualification:

Graduate from any stream/Subject with minimum work experience of 1 year.

Skills:

  • Good listener.
  • Basic knowledge of IT.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Good presentation skills.

Requirement:

  • Two-wheeler with valid Driving License and smartphone.

Salary:

CTC up to Rs.3.0L Yearly (Approx. up to Rs.25000/- monthly) depending upon experience and skills.
